About Us

Wiley W Walters,

I am a retired US Air Force Major who started in the enlisted ranks and ended my career as a commissioned officer with 23 years of federal military active service. I am a firm believer in the constitution of the United States and the principals set forth in the Declaration of Independence. I have an Associates degree in music from Fullerton Jr. College, Fullerton, California; An associates degree in Communications from the Community College of the Air Force; a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus; and a Master of Arts degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University.

I was president of operations for Leaderlite Corporations in San Antonio, Texas. My wife and I served two years as missionaries in Ghana. I managed the Bishops’ Store House in Bremerton, Washington for five years and two years as director of the employment center for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I served as Family History Center Director for the West Yellowstone Ward of the Church for ten years. During that same time I managed four hotels in West Yellowstone. Presently, I serve as program coordinator for the Elling House Arts and Humanities Center in Virginia City, Montana. I perform music each month at the Madison Valley Manor in Ennis, Montana.

I am passionate about service. There is a need for affordable housing in most communities. I believe rental real estate is a great way to serve others while providing income to grow the business.

I would advise anyone getting into the real estate business to; first, know your limits and hire good people to fill in the gaps; second, be teachable-don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone; finally, trust your team and recognize their good work while helping them learn to expand their knowledge base. In other words, serve your team members.

Real estate is an imperishable asset, ever increasing in value. It is the most solid security that human ingenuity has devised. It is the basis of all security and about the only indestructible security.
